At Syracuse University, I guided students in mastering the foundational elements of building enduring content pillars and in deciphering the complexities of the contemporary digital retail ecosystem.

For over a decade, I've been shaping brand narratives and transforming complex ideas into compelling content that informs, inspires, and converts. My journey as an editorial leader has taken me through the worlds of retail, B2B, and SaaS, where I've helped brands forge meaningful connections with their audiences through strategic, SEO-driven content.

As founder and CEO of Jasmine Glasheen & Associates, I operated my own successful retail content and speaking agency where I refined my approach to content creation and writer mentorship. My role as Content Marketing Manager at Surefront allowed me to develop SEO strategies that elevated the company from 12th to 3rd in competitor SERP rankings. Throughout my career, I've maintained a commitment to creating content that doesn't just check boxes but builds genuine audience engagement and drives measurable results.

Currently pursuing an MFA in Fiction at San Diego State University as a Prebys Poetry and Endowed Writing Scholar, I'm continually refining my storytelling craft to bring deeper narrative approaches to editorial strategy. My work in academia complements my professional experience, reinforcing my ability to bring fresh perspectives to content creation and team leadership.
